Terms & Conditions of Sale

  • If you would like to order bespoke stationery please email, telephone (0781 6561283) or write to us at 19 Tidy Street, Brighton, BN1 4EL. We will need your name, address, details of your order, the amount required and the chosen font if any.
  • 2. The Pen & Ink Company will confirm the price and order in writing.
  • 3. If you wish to proceed with the order you should send a photograph that clearly shows the building to be drawn and details of the text required (if not already supplied). Photographs will not be returned unless this is specifically requested in writing.
  • 4. The Pen & Ink Company will send you proof of your order. We hope to get this to you within 7 working days, of receiving the photograph after confirmation of your order.
  • 5. Once the proof is agreed you will send a cheque for the full price of the order.
  • 6. The order will be printed and dispatched to you within 10 working days of the Pen & Ink Company receiving your cheque. The order will be sent to you by registered post.
  • 7. Unless otherwise requested in writing, cards are made of 300 - 325gsm cream card.
  • 8. Cards are send to you in a special Pen & Ink Company storage or presentation box.
  • 9. The Pen & Ink Company would like to use the information you provide about yourself to notify you of products and offers that may be of interest to you. If you would not like to be notified of these please let us know.
  • 10. Copyright in the images and all material produced remains the property of the Pen & Ink Company and must not be reproduced or copied without its prior written consent.
